is an urban water specialist, covering all aspects of the problematic from pollutant source identification and hydrological problems to impact assessment and definition of original technical solutions. He is specialized in online monitoring and sampling procedures, and is involved in multiple interdisciplinary research projects. Luca Rossi was senior scientist at the Ecological Engineering Laboratory ECOL from 2006-2013. From 2002-2006 he was group leader of EAWAG Urban Water Management, elaborating Swiss guidelines for urban storm water management. In 1999-2000 he was a Post-Doc researcher under an FNS grant at the Mobile Computing and Networking Research Laboratory of the École Polytechnique de Montréal.
